Be Woman.

In yoga, sports or on the dance floor, that's where I find it easiest to be authentically myself. Feminine and masculine, human and divine. There, I experience all the space to be completely myself. Not conformed, more masculine, less radiant, powerful, or conscious. Then I am simply who I am: woman, warm, playful, profound, intelligent, and happy.

That freedom to be your full woman, wherever you are, is what I want to give you.

With lifestyle coaching, I want to create a space where you can truly be a woman.

Where you can nourish yourself with that radiant woman’s energy, discover it, or train it.

In yoga and personal development, it sometimes tends towards the extremes, too soft or airy, or purely theoretical or physical. I'm at a point in my life where I integrate the best of both worlds to be myself, of earth and heaven. And I also live it in daily life, in a world where that is new.

And what you can't find, you have to create for yourself and others.

So you can find it with me on the mat, in meditation, or coaching. Individual guidance, in a small group, or in a workshop. Offline and online.

I WANT

Move.

Impress. Express.

Move & express your body, mind and soul

During Yoga & Movement coaching and workshops, you can enjoy, relax, and/or work on your strength. By moving consciously, you can also achieve significant growth and balance yourself and your lifestyle. We start with a body analysis, assess your needs, and work on themes such as body awareness, stability, strength, enjoyment, surrender, and the expression of your true self. Sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful, sometimes both simultaneously, and always connected with love attuned to your true nature.

Meditate. Experience. Feel.

Regenerate & reprogram your body, mind and soul

During Meditation coaching and workshops, we optimize your technique(s). Meditation is usually used for prevention or as a solution to daily stress. But there's more. Most meditation techniques are designed to relax your mind, but we don't use them as much to consciously connect with deeper or unconscious layers of ourselves or to make changes. When you use meditation and intention together, you can create beautiful experiences and shifts in your life. That's the gift of meditation training. You use intention as a tool to determine direction. And you're able to change your automatic, conditioned programs and perceptions into peace, joy, and the life that suits you best.

Learn.

Reflect. Act.

Realigning your body, mind and soul

In the Learn & Act coaching and workshops, I share my wisdom and expertise in the 8 limbs of yoga, consciousness, and embodiment, so you can apply and experience them for yourself. We do this individually, and we regularly organize open Q&As. The goal is always to connect with your radiant, grounded self and living life fully.

My yoga Journey

NOURISHING BODY, MIND & SOUL

I realized there was more, at the age of 24. That's when I started yoga. On the topfloor of a warehouse on ‘t Eilandje in Antwerp, which wasn't even close to being the wonderful place that it is now, and yoga and lattes barely existed then ;) Within 3 years, my practice went from postures (level 3 of the 8 limbs of yoga) to samadhi (levels 7 and 8). That expanded consciousness happened quickly. In these 20 years, I never stopped doing yoga. Once you've tasted the essence of life, you want nothing more than to create more of it in your life. You find that knowledge and connection with all mystics, in all wisdom schools, and all indigenous cultures. And increasingly in Western science. It makes life magical. Not airy, but grounded and real. And that we can use more of in our Western lives. I was constantly asked to become a yoga teacher. 10 years later, in 2014, I completed my multi-style Yoga TTC in Dharamsala, and on the last day, with tears in my eyes, I saw the Dalai Lama. I deepened my knowledge of our bodies and our body-mind connection and worked as a Craniosacral Therapist and Movement and Dance Coach.

In all streams of ancient wisdom, you find beautiful elements, as in Buddhism, but my path always led me back to tantra. I love its vibrancy and joy! It juxtaposes so wonderfully with the peace and quiet. When I read about it, it completely aligns with the experiences I have in my meditations and how I experience and grow in the richness of life. Things we so miss in the West. In 2015, I published my first book about this, Return of the Queens.

I also love the world. For me, yoga isn't limited to the mat but a lifestyle that I've also incorporated, as much as possible, into my work in leadership and business. But there, consciousness isn't yet so broad-minded. And I also need places and people who, like me, are fascinated by living in their fullness as human beings—body, mind, and soul. Without taboos, inhibitions, or limitations. I want to be with women who, grounded and divine, define our place in daily life and our society. We are too beautiful, intelligent, and strong not to enjoy this. Nothing airy about that. So it's time to get back to work as a yoga, meditation, and embodiment teacher where there's plenty of room for that.

Much love,

Ine

Thanks to the embodiment component, I have become much more aware of how challenging it can be for me to stay centered at work.
