Be Woman: live in alignment
Where do you experience the space to be completely yourself? Without limitations, without masks?
Feminine and masculine, grounded and divine.
For me, this happens most easily on the yoga mat or on the dance floor. In society it often takes more effort to experience that complete freedom.
With these coaching sessions, I want to create exactly that for you: a place where you can be fully yourself, discover, strengthen, and train your energy—both in personal development and body awareness.
What you get:
Space to experience and nurture your radiant feminine energy
Integration of body, mind, and consciousness: both practical and profound
Individual coaching, small groups, or workshops
Offline and online sessions, so you can always utilize your talents and qualities
Who is this program for?
For women who want to embody their full potential
For women choosing balance between strength and gentleness, awareness and action
Ready to fully choose yourself?
Move.
Impress. Express.
Move & express your body, mind and soul
During Yoga & Movement sessions, you can enjoy, relax, and/or work on your strength. By moving consciously, you can also achieve significant growth and balance yourself and your lifestyle. We start with a body analysis, assess your needs, and work on themes such as body awareness, stability, strength, enjoyment, surrender, and the expression of your true self. Sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful, sometimes both simultaneously, and always connected with love attuned to your true nature.
Meditate. Experience. Feel.
Regenerate & reprogram your body, mind and soul
During Meditation sessions, we optimize your technique(s). Meditation is usually used for prevention or as a solution to daily stress. But there's more. Most meditation techniques are designed to relax your mind, but we don't use them as much to consciously connect with deeper or unconscious layers of ourselves or to make changes. When you use meditation and intention together, you can create beautiful experiences and shifts in your life. That's the gift of meditation training. You use intention as a tool to determine direction. And you're able to change your automatic, conditioned programs and perceptions into peace, joy, and the life that suits you best.
Learn.
Reflect. Act.
Realigning your body, mind and soul
In the Learn & Act sessions, I share my wisdom and expertise in the 8 limbs of yoga, consciousness, and embodiment, so you can apply and experience them for yourself. We do this individually and we regularly organize open Q&As. The goal is always to connect with your radiant, grounded self and living life fully.

My yoga Journey
NOURISHING BODY, MIND & SOUL
At 24, I discovered there was more, yoga brought me to that depth. What began in a warehouse at ‘t Eilandje in Antwerp quickly grew from physical asanas to samadhi—a deep meditative experience that changed my life forever. In the 20 years that followed, I never stopped: once you taste the essence and alignment with yourself and life, you want nothing else anymore.
My path led me through many traditions, from indigenous, over buddhism to tantra, and from meditation to our body-mind connection. I deepened my knowledge with a multi-style Yoga TTC in Dharamsala (2014), worked as a Craniosacral Therapist and Movement and Dance Coach, and published my book, Return of the Queens in 2015. In tantra, I recognized the peace and quiet, as well as the vibrancy and joy—a richness we so often miss in the West.
For me, yoga isn't just an exercise on the mat, but a lifestyle that I also apply to my work in leadership, business, and everyday life. I invite women who, grounded and divine, want to live their full potential: body, mind, and soul, without inhibitions or taboos. It's time to fully embody our strength, wisdom, and talents and demonstrate our impact on the world. Nothing vague about that—just real, powerful, and radiant.
Much love,
Ine
“Thanks to the embodiment component, I have become much more aware of how challenging it can be for me to stay centered at work.”
