When you feel connected, you feel confident, relax, joyful and capable to realize your dreams. It's a basic state we all have within us. Then everything grows, your trust, your creativity, your belonging, what you realize in a day. You feel more whole.

Sometimes we loose it. Noticing it and repairing it when it breaks is key to your flow. With this course you discover your connected and disconnected state. And how you respond to stress or relax signals of your own, and others that influence you. You get to connect to your authentic self, and relate from there.

We all had to or have to navigate difficult or unclear situations which can develop into stress and a disconnect from ourselves. When you feel unsafe, your body and mind essentially go into one of the four defense mechanisms - 'fight', 'flight', 'freeze' or 'fawn'. Our nervous system influences our thoughts, feelings and behavior through automatic reactions and. If you’re too stressed it can lead to poor decisions or conclusions and beliefs that distort your reality for the negative and create resistance to manifest your dreams. Your best version however shows when you are relaxed. You know how to stay connected or return to your authentic self and can help others do the same.

In this course you learn the skill to make sure you're grounded, relax and open,

with a judgement that is clear and not impaired -about yourself, and others, essential when you want to manifest your dreams.

With the Videos you discover the connection and safety you experience. As well as the danger that is stored in your body&mind, the beliefs and actions you unconsciously reproduce over and over whenever you go into FFFF.

With the Exercises you work on these unconscious beliefs that are ingrained in your body&mind. You transform fears and beliefs, you calm your nervous system, you find solutions, and find your strong base for safety and connection.


You dive within and explore

  • The states of your nervous system: when you feel safe & connected and when you do not

  • How each state influences your thoughts, mood, actions and manifestations

  • What you actually need

  • How you return from unhealthy stress back into healthy activity

  • How you stay calm, connected and joyful

You can choose feeling constructive over reactive, have positive thoughts, feelings and actions. You know how to turn vicious cycles, stuck habits and thinking patterns into taking back the wheel in your relaxed and confident manner. You become a master at detecting, interpreting and skillfully responding to signals from your nervous system. Well before they even become real problems. The best way to lower anxiety and stress is to prevent anxiety and stress from happening in the first place. You discover what your needs are and how to meet them at any given moment. With easy techniques and exercises you stay grounded in safety and connection, and turn anxiety, stress and overwhelm around. You come to respond to other people's defensive reactions in a refreshing way as well.

PRACTICAL

The coaching starts on your chosen date. You have 7 modules with videos and workbooks.

The 7 modules are scheduled over 14 weeks. This means you have 2 weeks of practice for each module. We adjust if necessary.
