About CONSCIOUSNESS & LEADERSHIP

I’m interested in consciousness and how we develop into our full potential, our true being where we live all our talents and are radiant.

Personally, in periods on this journey it came natural to me, in others there were major challenges. How I handled that invitation for evolution is what built my consciousness & leadership, grounded and inspired. If I did it from my unhealthy ego, then I got power. When I accepted the invitation to get closer and closer to my true self, transforming my unhealthy ego, I gained strength. And power. That allowed me to use them completely different than what I was taught. At the heart of my leadership is a deep spiritual connection to the force of life itself that connects and holds us all. There is a unique expression and contribution to the greater good by each and everyone of us.

It's fantastic to meet more and more like-minded souls. Because we need this new leadership on a large scale to realize personal, collective and systemic changes.

By myself and together with my partners, I share these transformations in keynotes, trainings, coachings, and retreats to develop your leadership, both personally and collectively, from your true self.

Official bio Ine Verlinden

Ine Verlinden is a speaker and expert on consciousness and leadership. She started her career in innovation and entrepreneurship at the Vlerick Management School. She travelled many places to broaden her horizons, worked as a sustainability consultant and upon return worked in strategy and leadership at the Antwerp Management School. There she developed the framework for the Next Generation Leadership Program based on her years of research experience in sustainability and future proof leadership. From this base she started her own organization, Be The Wellbeing. Here she focuses on conscious leadership, the leadership where you come into your true self and full potential, where you bring the most unique, fulfilling and innovative solutions to your work.
